They treated us—and most importantly, my dad—with the utmost respect, giving us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes. Nothing but praise for Ginders. From the first phone contact with Karen to the last check in I felt looked after, supported, listened to. She helped me make decisions and was only too happy to carry out little tasks. Nothing was too much trouble. She thought about which celebrant was be best suited and he was an excellent choice. John must do hundreds of funerals and yet he made ours feel personal. He’d clearly taken the time with his notes, connecting with me and others present through the service.
