I never thought I'd write a review of a funeral director but feel I have to. Mark and the team looked after my family in a manner which put us at ease and made a difficult time possible to manage. They were sensitive, professional and incredibly organised and I just wanted to say thanks.

My first experience with funeral directors. Very thoughtful and professional service they all gave our family in such a difficult time, with helpful and kind staff that go out of their way to do everything they can for you. 👍

I would highly recommend ML Williams as Funeral Directors and especially Mark Duthie who acted in a professional, supportive and empathetic manner in dealing with my Aunt's funeral from start to finish. The chosen Celebrant was superb and struck exactly the right mood during the funeral itself. At this difficult time, Mark and his team provided an excellent professional service of which myself and our family were very pleased with. Thank you.

Lorraine took us through the whole process of mum's funeral so professionally and calmly. She went out her way to do everything exactly as we wished. We were kept informed every step of the way and her attention to detail is excellent. I would highly recommend M.L.Williams to anyone.

I can't think of anything that this company could have done to make the experience better, right down to the chocolate limes in the sweetie dish. Death is the only certainty, but even when expected it can hit you in ways that surprise you. That's how it was for me when mum died. ML Williams made the process smooth and easy, all the while remaining dignified and professional. The one thing that stood out were the odd moments of humour from Mark. Having a sense of humour and knowing how far to go with it is important at sad times, at least it was for me. It helped, a lot.
