Would like to thank nikki, Andy and staff again for a lovely service you helped us to provide for my dad. Nothing seemed to much, such kind and thoughtful people. Offered ideas to help us personalise our dad’s service. Kept in contact and always a quick reply to any questions. Helped with sorting an amazing celebrant who also done a beautiful job. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you all once again for the lovely service provided. Michelle and family

Mum wanted a local family business as part of her funeral plan. When the time came for us to call on their services, we found them very sympathetic and caring to ensure we could follow her wishes to the letter. This included no one wearing black and wearing colourful clothes. The staff went above and beyond to make sure the day went very smoothly, ensuring that it was a memorable celebration of her life. As Mum was cremated later in the afternoon after a church service, they looked after her and supported us throughout the day. Months later we contacted them to support us in the process of interning Mum’s ashes in local church. We found their service very personal and professional and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Many thanks to Andrew, Nikki and the team from Catherine, Richard and all our family.

I'm using my partners phone who died suddenly on the 15th of February. Hence, it looks like he is posting his own review. If he could tell you of the outstanding care he has received by this wonderful couple, he would. Thank goodness I phoned the Markhams and spoke to Nikki, who immediately put me at ease by her caring advice. Nikki and Andrew took care of my beloved Steve through to cremation. Nothing was too much trouble. Both are truly gifted huggers and understand fully what is required. Thank you both and your wonderful staff for the care and advice you gave me. The family want to add their own. Thank you from sons and grandchildren. ❤️ Just to say Nikki and Andrew, when it's my turn, I will definitely be coming to you. 🙏

Outstanding compassionate, professional care; highly recommended. Andy and Nikki showed great warmth and empathy, helping my family and I through the most difficult of times with calm, reassuring competence. I was in no doubt that they and their team would do their utmost to help our family throughout this time; nothing was too much trouble. They supported us to give our darling Robert the farewell he deserved and looked after him -and us- beautifully. Thank you
