My nan passed yesterday and they came at the shortest of notice. I never heard of this service director before until Pure Cremation had told me about them and contacted them to collect my nan as their team wasn't nearby. The men who collected my nan from Matthew L Jones were so respectful and kind and you could see it isn't just a job for them, they actually care. I know she will be properly cared for until she can be collected by Pure Cremation. I couldn't thank them enough.
