We would like to personally thank Matthew for the help and guidance he gave us along the way through this stressful time. He has always been very kind and thoughtful throughout the whole process. He made the operation of collecting mum from Bristol and bringing her back to her home town of Dorchester stress free and I knew mum was in good hands. He had mum for quite a while as there was a lot of things to sort out and never once made me feel rushed or pressured into getting things done and for that I am very thankful. The team were all lovely too... from the ladies who took the phone calls, the chauffeur and the shoulder bearers, they were all great. Mum had already booked and sorted her funeral in advance with Matthew and I am so glad she did as he was so personable and easy to talk to. This is of course probably the most emotionally demanding time in anyone's life but the professionalism, care and the attention to detail from Matt and Karen was second to none.
