AMAZING FIRST CLASS COMPASSIONATE SERVICE… From the moment I first contacted Matthew Lucas Funeral Directors I knew we were in the best possible hands. Losing a loved one is one of the hardest things any family can go through, but the care, compassion, support & professionalism shown by Matthew & his entire team brought us real comfort during such a painful time. Nothing was ever too much trouble — a call anytime if I needed to talk & every detail was handled with dignity, respect, & genuine kindness. My mum was also truly treated with incredible kindness & love..Matthew listened to our wishes with patience & understanding, guiding us through each step with warmth & empathy. This was my very first funeral that I had to arrange but with Matthew-made it so deeply special & my Mum had all her wishes which was important. Every phone call, every visit, & every conversation reminded us that we were being cared for, not just as clients, but as people going through deep loss. We felt a close connection with Matthew which made it even more special.. I was visited at home making it personal.. I have never met anyone so special as Matthew & his team.. The service itself was absolutely beautiful & so thoughtfully arranged. Everything ran smoothly, & it truly reflected the life & personality of My darling mum/nan.
