Adam again made a difficult day, somewhat easier. When some of the flowers went missing, Adam was rushing around looking for them, which was actually quite funny. Russ drove my dad on his last journey and I requested the same for my mum."

My mums funeral was yesterday and after previously having McCartneys funeral service for my dad back in 2022 when mum passed away we knew we wanted them again. The staff here are so warm and approachable throughout a difficult time. I have no negatives at all. Courtney was the lady who we spoke to throughout from our first meeting until the funeral. Courtney is warm, kind, very easy to talk to and professional. Adam called me the day prior to the funeral to introduce himself as he would be the funeral director on the day. Adam again made a difficult day, somewhat easier. When some of the flowers went missing, Adam was rushing around looking for them, which was actually quite funny. Russ was driving the hearse and was lovely, easy to talk to and professional. Russ drove my dad on his last journey and i requested the same for my mum. The men driving the limo's were also really nice.. apologies as i did not get any of their names. I would 100% recommend this company. Thank you to each and every one who were there on the day and thank you Courtney for arranging everything for us.

Would love to leave 5 stars great staff made all arrangements easy and smooth. Just very disappointed and upset with part of the funeral. I took a large framed picture of the deceased with specific instructions we wanted it displayed at the church. When we attended the funeral we did not see it. Upon asking about it, we were told it had gone in the coffin. I really don’t understand how this could have happened. Just disappointed as the staff were so good and helpful with all the planning.

Absolutely brilliant. We have used McCartneys twice now for funerals and once for an internment. The staff are lovely and cater for all needs no matter how small or how silly you think it may be. Cannot thank them enough for making 2 sad days lovely.
