From the moment the first call was answered Colin was kind considerate and gave our family all the information we needed and more. We needed a home visit due to the frailty of a family member and nothing was too much trouble. Colin kept us up to date, kept everything moving and listened to everyone’s wishes. There aren’t enough words to express my family’s gratitude to Medway Funeral Directors in Strood for their assistance in laying our late Mother to rest. Losing our mother was a big loss and we had looked at a few funeral homes before coming across Medway Funeral Directors in Strood. Their high ratings intrigued us but their accommodating, warm approach ultimately made us choose them. As soon as we met Ferne we felt at ease and comfortable that they would help us give our mother a befitting funeral.
