We cannot thank Emma and her team at Medway Funeral Directors enough for the outstanding care, kindness, and compassion she showed while organising my mother’s funeral. From the very first meeting, she was incredibly supportive, patient, and understanding during such a difficult time. Everything was handled with dignity, respect, and great attention to detail. She is obviously very experienced in organising Sikh funerals and dealing with the Medway Towns Gurudwara. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her genuine care brought us comfort when we needed it most. We are deeply grateful for everything she did and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a funeral director who truly cares.

We chose Medway Funeral Directors for our Dad after reading the positive reviews about Emma at the Walderslade funeral home, nearest to us. Emma was everything the reviews said and more! She was warm, kind and supportive as well as excellent at her job. Emma was patient and gave great advice when we weren't sure what to do. Throughout the whole time we felt in very safe hands and supported to have the funeral that was right for our dad and family. Thank you so much.

You always take life for granted and expect your parents to always be around. Dealing with a loss of a parent and wife is very hard and sure enough your life is turned upside down! Then you have the heartache of dealing with the funeral! With thanks to Emma, Fearn, lee and the rest of the team at Walderslade branch they were amazing! They were all very supportive and caring given the circumstances. We had always used another funeral director's in Medway, however on this occasion we were recommended to use Medway Funeral Directors. Sure enough we were not disappointed. On our first meeting with Emma she had sat back and listened and let us talk. The whole team cared for our mum from the moment they collected her til we said are final goodbyes 😭. Chapel visits were never a problem nor did we ever feel rushed. With thanks to this team Mum had a beautiful send off. ❤️ If your looking for a compassionate Funeral directors come and speak to Emma and her team. I highly recommend them. X
