If i could award more stars I would. Outstanding and compassionate service from start to finish. Emma and her team made an incredibly difficult time much more bearable. Seamless communication throughout, each detail was handled with the utmost dignity and care. Emma and her team listened to exactly what we wanted and executed it perfectly. Genuine warmth and professionalism. Our loved one was treated with care and respect throughout. Service was perfect from start to finish. We wanted a celebration of life rather than a sombre event, and you definitely went above and beyond to make it happen! Thank you for giving my dad the perfect send-off and all the support you gave us as a family during this difficult time.

My family were helped by Emma to arrange my Dad's funeral. I would say that she was very compassionate and professional with the way she dealt with everything. Everything was given consideration which is just what you need when it's hard to focus on the small details. You just need someone to guide you through and that's exactly what Emma did. We felt that we had known Emma for years as she naturally became one with the family, emotionally and professionally. Emma adopts full ownership into her work and nothing is too much trouble. Guiding us through funeral day and ensuring that she covered all specifics, Emma was always there and fully supportive throughout, from welcome hugs to clearly showing emotional care in her efforts to succeed, all whilst managing her own team and constantly alert for any unplanned objectives leaving no stone unturned. We received numerous high appraisals from both family and friends from our day, all reflecting how proud they were of events and what a wonderful way to remember our Mum, only made possible by Emma and the team and the support of their communication with the church. We all need people like Emma in our world. This is not a commercial role that she adopts, it is one of a personal want, desire and care to put others first above all else and we are so grateful, humbled and very fortunate to have met such a wonderful person fully deserving recognition.
