My wife died suddenly in February this year unexpectedly and after almost 45 years of marriage I was devastated. My wife had to undergo a post mortem and my first contact with Emma and her staff was superb . Everything was arranged with compassion , understanding and complete professionalism . Arrangements were carried out with my personal wishes to the letter and were faultless . I cannot praise Emma and her staff too highly .I received many heartfelt comments from family and friends praising how the day was conducted from start to finish . I can not recommend Emma at Medway Funeral Directors enough. Emma showed so much care and compassion when dealing with my mothers funeral. She went above and beyond at a very difficult distressing time. We were supported all the way especially, under the circumstances relating to my mothers passing. Emma's dedication and passion for her supportive role comes from the heart. The other staff on the day were amazing and caring the whole time. Cars were immaculate. As a family we could not have asked for anything more and would give more stars if we could. I will be forever thankful to Emma as I know that she put my mind at rest from the moment I met her.
