My wife died suddenly in February this year unexpectedly and after almost 45 years of marriage I was devastated. My wife had to undergo a post mortem and my first contact with Emma and her staff was superb . Everything was arranged with compassion , understanding and complete professionalism . Arrangements were carried out with my personal wishes to the letter and were faultless . I cannot praise Emma and her staff too highly .I received many heartfelt comments from family and friends praising how the day was conducted from start to finish . On behalf myself and all attendees , thank you for making the day memorable .

I can not recommend Emma at Medway Funeral Directors enough. Emma showed so much care and compassion when dealing with my mothers funeral. She went above and beyond at a very difficult distressing time. We were supported all the way especially, under the circumstances relating to my mothers passing. Emma's dedication and passion for her supportive role comes from the heart. The other staff on the day were amazing and caring the whole time. Cars were immaculate. As a family we could not have asked for anything more and would give more stars if we could. I will be forever thankful to Emma as I know that she put my mind at rest from the moment I met her.

My dad passed away on 21/11/22 and was taken to Medway Funeral Directors o Walderslade Road, Chatham. My family have used them for various relatives over the years and they were very highly recommended to me for my dad. The moment the 2 gentlemen came to collect my dad from home I knew the he was in very safe and caring hands and so were we. When it was time to arrange the funeral all our wishes were met and nothing was too much trouble for them. Emma was just amazing and made a very difficult time for us a whole lot manageable. The care and compassion that Medway Funeral Directors showed for both my dad and us was incredible. Whenever my brother and I wanted to go and see my dad it was never too much trouble, a warm welcome, a hot drink and as much time as we wanted to stay with our dad was always welcomed and encouraged. I could go on and on about how passionate and caring Emma and the staff are about the care for their clients and their families but one word sums them up AMAZING. I would highly recommend them to look after you and your loved ones.
