"The service felt personal and just right for Mum, which meant a great deal to all of us. They made a very difficult time that bit easier and helped us give Mum the farewell she deserved. I'll always be grateful for their kindness and support."
— Pip Wallace
"He took care of everything so compassionately right from the start. It was a weight off our minds. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and caring. His suggestion of Vicar, flowers and coffin were a perfect choice."
— Justine (about Kevin Bowen)
"Patient, considerate, and utterly committed to ensuring that the wishes of the family were met at every stage - as well as gently guiding us through the entire process following what was a sudden loss. I cannot thank them enough."
— Jean Fowler
"Everything was handled with such dignity and respect, and we are deeply grateful for the support you gave our family. It was a beautiful farewell for Mum, and we know she would have appreciated the way everything was carried out."
— Elaine Smith (about Kevin)
"A massive thank you to Kevin and team, they helped me organise my fathers cremation as I was the other side of the world and could not return. The service they gave was exemplary in these difficult times, nothing was too much trouble. Words cannot express the gratitude."
— Steve Lampitt (about Kevin)
"Carol Phillips and the rest of her team immediately became honorary members of our family - cups of tea, tissues and a reassuring word. But they also understood us, they were there when we needed them and they knew what would be 'just right'. If I had to pick just three words it would be kindness, compassion and professionalism."
— Adele Wright (about Carol Phillips)
