My father passed away aged 90 on 28/04/2025 and from start to finish Nikki treated our family professionally and with care and empathy, keeping us fully informed of the full process. On the day of the service the funeral directors were brilliant. The funeral could not have gone better.

On behalf of myself and family I would like to sincerely thank Kelly and the team at Winnersh for the professional way we were dealt with and looked after at our time of loss and sadness. Specifically how Kelly worked with us to meet our requirements for the ceremony, what was needed for the Chapel of Rest and how to approach those visits through to collecting the ashes. We were so pleased with every aspect of the service provided by Miles & Daughters. Nikki at the Twyford branch was so helpful and kind as were the funeral attendants on the day. The celebrant, Rebecca Jenkins’s approach was perfect and struck just the right chord. She was so helpful with planning the service. The respect, compassion, professionalism and attention to detail shown by all concerned helped us during what has been an extremely difficult time.
