I used Miles & Daughters to arrange the funeral for my mum 16yrs ago. In May 2026 when my stepfather passed away I had no hesitation in contacting them to help us. They are so professional but also friendly and kind - nothing seemed too much trouble and they answered my emails with never ending questions promptly and without making me feel like a nuisance. I recently use the services of Miles & Daughters for the arrangements for my father‘s funeral. From the first contact when I needed to organise the initial arrangements to the cremation ceremony in the capable hands of Ryan, I could not fault the experience. Lucie and Jill were so helpful, understanding and professional and guided me through the process which I had not done before.
