The level of service provided was excellent, the staff were patient, understanding and compassionate. Attention to detail was very good, easy to contact, lots of choice and options. Very professional but also personable.

Cannot recommend highly enough. Debbie is an absolute angel, genuinely caring, compassionate and I could not think of anyone else who would look after my dad with us much dignity and care as she has done before his cremation. I cannot thank her enough for all that she has done for us as a family in extremely difficult circumstances. Thank you for everything.

Debbie made a difficult time more bearable. She was kind, caring and empathetic at all times. Communication was brilliant. On the day of the funeral Geoff managed everything in a very professional manner. We highly recommend the team at Richard Lloyd.

First class service We are so grateful to Debbie and the entire team at Richard llyod for the compassion and care they showed during such a difficult time. Debbie was absolutely amazing—kind, empathetic, and incredibly communicative throughout the entire process. She treated our loved one with the utmost dignity and respect, which brought us great comfort. Her professionalism, combined with genuine warmth, made a painful experience a little more bearable. Thank you, Debbie, for going above and beyond—we will never forget your kindness. On the day of the funeral when we were at our weakest, we felt truly cared for and supported every step of the way by Lisa who safeguarded us through the entire process with compassion, clarity, and deep respect. She guided us gently through one of life’s hardest moments. Her presence was a steady, comforting light, and we are deeply grateful for everything she did. Thank you both, we are beyond greatful. The Matthew family

Debbie at Richard Lloyd Funeral Directors was absolutely fab. It was such a difficult time (and was our first experience of arranging a funeral) and Debbie was kind, thoughtful and sensitive on how she managed us through the procedure. Nothing was too much trouble and Debbie was always happy to help or find out the answer to our questions if she did not know. We could not have asked for more and I am sure our lovely Mum would have been proud of the send off she received.
