From the very beginning, Gavin and his mum, Janice, went above and beyond to make an incredibly difficult time as manageable as possible for me. They treated me with genuine kindness, respect, and empathy, guiding me through every step with patience and understanding. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their personal care made me feel truly supported and comforted throughout the entire process. The funeral itself was beautifully organised and carried out with the utmost dignity and respect. It was a truly fitting and heartfelt send-off for my dad, and the care taken over every detail made the service feel incredibly special and meaningful. From the second we walked through the door, we knew we had chosen the best place for our dad to be cared for. Gavin and Janice helped guide us through such a sad and difficult time, and they made our dad’s send-off absolutely perfect. Sadly, our family has since had to return two more times, and on each occasion Gavin and Janice have made those heartbreaking moments so much more manageable.
