Mark at Serenity was professional throughout the whole proceedings. He made mum feel at ease when we discussed what she wanted prior to her death and he made a difficult time so much easier for us to cope with. He catered for all of our needs and was both helpful and respectful throughout. I would definitely recommend them to others.
