The Ghusl facilities were immaculate and maintained high standards of cleaning. Hasan took great care to explain each step to our family, patiently guiding us through what was needed and ensuring that everything was carried out according to Islamic traditions. The care they showed my father and the reverence with which the staff helped with the Ghusl was incredibly comforting, and we were guided through the whole Ghusl process. Beyond the Ghusl, Hasan and Shazad took care of every detail with efficiency and empathy, relieving us of the logistical burdens so that we could focus on our prayers and time with family. From organising the transport to ensuring that the burial process went smoothly, they handled everything aspect seamlessly.
