I cannot describe how I feel. They have been appointed to cremate my friend's ashes. Senior Coronel Officer has given them my contact details to contact me when this procedure is done so I can collect his ashes. On 3rd of Sept I also called Neville Funerals to put my contact details to his file. A gentlemen at Hemel Hempstead Neville branch has taken my details and told me he added my details to the file. He told me his cremation will be in 2 weeks and they are going to call me regarding his ashes. 1 month on... I called them why they never tried to call me. Their answer... I never called them, no details or phone number added to the file so they just simply scattered my friend's ashes. Details have just evaporated from their records. Try to prove that you called someone, talked to someone there. Ive got an apology instead of my friend's ashes.
