All the staff at nevilles are exceptional .From reception to back of house .Maisie was my wifes organiser .Nothing was too much trouble for her and everything planned was perfection .Ive used nevilles before for other members of family ,and i wouldn't consider going anywhere else .Thanks to all the team you made a sad occasion outstanding .

From Amii at the beginning in the office until Harry at the service, they were kind, caring and professional. Seamless service which is much appreciated at such a sad time. Thank you to all involved in the care of our beautiful Mum. 100% would recommend.

We have always used Nevilles, they have always taken great care of our lost loved ones and us as a family while making the funeral arrangements. We have also just arranged our own pre paid direct funerals with them as we wanted to have it all taken care of in advance, to save our family further stress and expense when the time comes. The staff have been so helpful and informative throughout this process. I highly recommend this service.

It was our first time using Neville's in Luton and I can't speak highly enough of all the staff we came in contact with either by phone or in person. They provided a very caring, sympathetic & professional service, covering all our needs & requests. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Maisie was our funeral arranger & she was so polite & patient with us no matter how many times we called. Harry who was responsible for supervising the burial on the day was also amazing. He called to introduce himself to us the day before the burial & to ask if we had any special requests. They tried to meet all our needs. We can't thank them enough and the funeral couldn't have gone any better. Thank you! We were also offered tea or coffee whenever we were there & even on the day of the burial when all our family was there, a lovely receptionist made several coffees for us which we appreciate. We can't thank you enough for organising everything so well!

Used recently for the funerals of both my brother and mother. Nevilles made the whole experience easy and hassle free. Nothing was too much trouble for Kelly and the team and they ensured everything went off without a hitch. Would highly recommend and would give 10 stars if possible.
