The attitude and conduct of the whole team at Neville Funerals made a very difficult time for us so much more bearable than it would have otherwise been. We were sensitively, thoughtfully and respectfully guided through this most difficult time and we are very grateful for the deference and respect shown towards our dear departed daughter and sister Jennifer. Claire Peet at the Woburn Sands branch was outstanding in the sensitive way she conducted herself, making sure that we were kept fully informed and that we understood every step, at every stage of this most difficult journey.

I can thoroughly recommend Neville's. They were extremely professional and also very caring. They were informative about the whole process, taking good care of our Father and updating us always on every step. They were extremely professional on the day of the funeral also.

Claire and Jill were so lovely at helping arrange my dads funeral. I contacted a few funeral directors in the area and some seemed eager to get my name and contact information. When I spoke with Claire on the phone she talked me through all of their different funeral packages and didn't even ask for contact information just simply said "I'm sure you're looking around at other funeral directors, there's no pressure to settle on us now, have a look around and once you've decided, if you decide to use us please do call back" This made me feel very calm and as though my dad would be cared for here in his final moments. Claire put us in touch with a wonderful celebrant and her and Jill kept in touch via email/calls to confirm everything we wanted was as such. The staff and funeral director on the day were all lovely, professional and friendly. My family and I cannot thank Neville's funerals enough and highly recommend them to anyone needing care and compassion during difficult times. Thank you.

We contacted Neville Funerals for the first time out of hours when my husband died. They came promptly and the two men who came were so kind, professional and respectful. They introduced themselves and said ‘We’ve come to take John into our care’ which I thought was a lovely way to put it at such a difficult time. The next morning I was contacted by the local office in Woburn Sands to let me know John was safely with them. They didn’t rush me to make any arrangements but we went when I was ready and Claire was helpful and made everything so easy. We chose the simple service and they put us in touch with a lovely celebrant. The funeral itself was everything we hoped it would be and Neville’s could not have been more helpful from the initial phone call right through to handing us the ashes. I would whole heartedly recommend them.

Claire and Jill made the process of organising my mothers funeral easy and stress free at a very difficult time. On the day, the funeral went smoothly and to plan thanks to everyone from Neville’s who made it happen. I can’t thank them enough.
