From our first contact with the wonderful team at Neville Funerals in Hitchin we have been treated with absolute professionalism, kindness and attention to detail. Having used this firm for my father's funeral in 2021, I had no hesitation in returning there again when my mother passed away a couple of months ago. The staff combine efficiency with warmth and understanding, so I felt I was in very good hands throughout the whole process. As I do not live locally, I appreciated the fact that all arrangements could be carried out on line, though my husband and I also felt welcome when I did go into the office to sort out photos etc. On the day of the funeral itself I found it very comforting to have someone from the firm on hand. As it happened there were no hitches, but I was reassured by his friendly presence and support.

Nevilles were amazing, my dad was treated with care and dignity, they accommodated me spending time with dad in the chapel of rest on more than one occasion, the staff were fantastic throughout and made what was a traumatic time that little bit easier by knowing dad was in good hands.
