Neville Funeral Service

Good friendly service provided by Adam. Slight confusion about length of the letter tribute in the hearse and 8 letters did fit down one side. Asked for family friendly celebrant and Jessica was ideal.

I just wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional care and support, Neville's provided us during such a difficult time for our family for the second time around. Adam Robinson's professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail made all the difference. From the moment we reached out, he made the entire process smoother and less overwhelming. Sarah Goldhawk's guidance and sensitivity was incredibly comforting, and we truly felt that our loved one (our dear Grandmother) was treated with the utmost respect and dignity that she deserved. We were fortunate enough to have Karl manage both family funeral's for us now. He's incredibly respectful and polite to everyone he encounters. I cannot fault the care and attention to detail that Neville's gave to my father's funeral. All the staff were so professional and respectful and took such care to get everything as we wanted. The flowers we ordered were beautiful. Their excellent service made a difficult day manageable and I was really grateful. They kept in contact throughout the weeks before the funeral to ensure all the details were correct. On the day - the staff were fantastic and everything went smoothly. I am very grateful for all Neville's did to make the funeral a special occasion.

Excellent service received from Neville's yesterday. A very caring and compassionate company who dealt with my Mum's funeral with perfection. Neville's introduced me to Katharine Ellis who conducted my Mum's service beautifully. A huge thank you to both Adam and Peter whose attention to detail was 100%. We chose Neville for their great service we had received previously for our mother’s funeral a few years back and this time the service was the same – excellent, dignified and above all a compassionate team.
