What a wonderful service to help people through a difficult time. Simon could not have been more amazing, taking my call at 4am when my mother passed away and getting straight into action. He organised everything for me, whilst very respectfully ensuring he had the go ahead from me on any choices to be made - he was so incredibly kind. They collected my Mother from London and took her all the way back home to Devon, and organised a beautiful funeral for her in its entirety, even including the online tribute site which they designed and set up for me. I cannot recommend Ottery Valley Funerals highly enough - they took all the stress and logistical hassle away, and were a great comfort to me in my time of need.
