Simon and Otter valley funerals handled my Aunt’s passing and funeral with the upmost respect. Simon was extremely helpful and her funeral was just as I wanted it to be. When my Aunt’s funeral very nearly had to be changed due to a family emergency Simon was on hand to discuss options and offer helpful advice and support quickly and compassionately. The professionalism, care and support we received from Otter Valley Funerals was exceptional from our first meeting with Simon the evening my father passed away at home to the after care and related services. Simon was kind, compassionate and always available to us. He guided us through the processes of registering the death and arranging the church service, offering useful advice and making the difficult time less harrowing. Simon made it easy for us to provide dad with the bespoke send off that he had requested and nothing was ever a problem.
