The attention to detail ensured that my dad was given a fitting memorial and made an extremely difficult time more bearable.

After losing losing a dear family member the stresses of finding a funeral director was quite difficult but once we made contact with Otter Valley Funeral Directors, the difference in customer service and costs compared to others in East Devon, they were definitely better by far.
