Not applicable. Full payment is required before the cremation is completed.
When must I pay the upfront deposit?
The funeral account is due for payment within seven days of the invoice, or before the cremation takes place, whichever comes first, unless otherwise agreed in writing by us.

Electronic payments via the website, by card payment, or bank transfer. No instalment options available.
Will any additional charges apply is I don’t pay the bill on time?
If you fail to pay in full by the due date we may charge you interest at a rate of 4% above our banks base rate. This will be calculated on a daily basis from the date of the funeral until payment and compounded on the first day of each month including before and after any judgement (unless a court orders otherwise). We will recover the cost of taking legal action to make you pay.
If I change my mind after engaging you as my funeral director, will you charge me (and if so, how much)?
You will be required to pay a reasonable amount for the goods and services already provided. However, if the services have been fully performed the contract cannot be cancelled, even if the cancellation period is still running.
