Perry and Phillips Funeral Services were truly outstanding, and I want to give a special mention to Chris. From start to finish, they took care of my dad as if he was the most important person in the world – just as he was to us. During such a difficult time, their compassion, patience, and professionalism meant everything to our family. Chris walked us through every single step, explaining everything clearly and giving us the time and space we needed. He also helped us choose Gem to lead the funeral service, and she was absolutely perfect – caring, warm, and exactly what we needed on the day. When the day came, everything ran so smoothly. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. The respect and care shown to us, and to our family, was truly amazing. We can’t thank Perry and Phillips enough for what they did for us. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a caring and professional funeral service. Thank you all so much.

Chris and associates looked after my mom and myself with great professionalism and warmth from the very start. His knowledge and contacts are second to none making for a very easy process at a very emotional and difficult time. A particular highlight was the coffin options we chose and the skills involved to make it so very very personal and close to my dad's heart, I will never forget the looks and comments from our friends and family at the crematorium. A special thank you to Gemma Hughes, civil celebrant, who did such a magnificent job, it was almost like she had known my dad for years ❤️. I would highly recommend Perry & Phillips. Thank you so much again for your warmth.

Absolutely faultless service provided by John and the team at Perry & Phillips. Compassionate, clear and always flexible when arranging our plans at a very difficult time for the family. Will be forever grateful for how personal they made the service feel and how nothing was too much trouble.

Following the death of my wife, Fiona, Perry & Philips were recommended to me as funeral directors. The service provided by John Adams and his team was of the highest standard. Conversations prior to the day of the funeral were supportive and constructive providing valuable assistance in developing and planning the arrangements, style and the order of service to be provided. I found great reassurance in that all the arrangements would be looked after by the Perry & Philips team - lessening the load on myself at what was, obviously, a difficult time. On the day of the funeral, everything proceeded smoothly and calmly - resulting in a service that received much praise from the many who attended. I have no hesitation in thus recommending Perry & Philips to anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances. At all stages their service was friendly, compassionate and supportive.
