On behalf of all our family we want to say a massive thank you to everyone at Pidgen for their kindness and compassion over the loss of my dad. Nothing was too much bother and they dealt with everything with professionalism and care. A special big thank you to Graham and Iyesha who have been so kind and caring throughout. We lost Mum after a very short illness, and throughout this difficult time, Pidgeon & Son were incredibly sensitive, helpful, and efficient in ensuring all our wishes were respected. Nothing was ever too much trouble — I often received daily phone calls to keep me updated and to make sure everything was proceeding as planned. They gave their time generously, showing genuine care and compassion. I wholeheartedly recommend their company for their outstanding support and professionalism in every aspect of the care they provided for Mum.

David Fowell recently helped with the funeral arrangements for my father-in-law. He kept us fully updated with everything. Nothing was too much trouble. He showed us such kindness and his manner is brilliant. All his team were great. I've dealt with other funeral directors before who were "all doom and gloom" but David was a breath of fresh air and helped us to celebrate my father-in-law's life.
