I sadly lost my wonderful wife Donna recently, she was only 48 and I was and still am devastated. Without the help of Quinns Funeral Directors I would never have made it through this difficult time. I must thank Tina Morris at the Hoylake branch for her unwavering support and for her kindness and understanding throughout, and her ongoing contact and helping me with all of the arrangements. The covid restrictions were a nightmare, but my wife was given the utmost respect and care possible in this time of lockdown. I must also thank Stuart at the Greasby branch for helping me and my daughter make it through the funeral and for his very kind words of support. If you do unfortunately need the services of a funeral director, I would highly recommend you to use Quinns, you should not be disappointed. They offer and provide perfect care for your loved one and help you as much as possible with advice over finances and any help with costs you may be eligible for.Thank you again to the whole team, you were and still are amazing at my time of need. A funeral is not something you have to organise regularly. So when you do have the awful task it's nice to know somebody will take the time to guide you. From the start to the finish everything was made so easy like a jigsaw puzzle fitting together. Every step explained even to how you can get the money from the bank to cover the cost.Tina took me on a journey and with each step came an explanation and that helps. Knowing your loved one is being cared for is very comforting. No hidden extras no hard sell no persuasive techniques even on the day the team under the direction of Stuart worked to make the best out of a very sad day..I would recommend Quinns to anyone who had the sad task of handling a funeral because taking a tonne weight off your shoulders and putting it on to their own is what they do.

I cannot praise Quinns highly enough. I live in Australia, and had very limited time to organise a funeral. Quinns took care of all the arrangements and everything went exceedingly well on the day. Tina was a joy to deal with, and a great support - I had full confidence in her. Quinns have been of service to my family for over thirty years and they have maintained their high standards and personal service.
