We lost our Mum suddenly in December 2021 and made contact with Michelle just a few days later after finding the details for Quinn's online. I cannot thank Michelle enough for the help and support she has given our family over the last few weeks. Michelle helped us to navigate what is a very difficult and upsetting process and she explained everything to us kindly and compassionately. Michelle checked in with us regularly, gave advice, made helpful suggestions and assured us that Mum would receive the very best care.
