I'd like to give a truly heartfelt thank you to Michelle and the Quinns team for guiding and supporting my family through the loss of our beloved Debbie. Through making the funeral arrangements and up to and including the funeral day. Nothing was too much trouble. We are so grateful for everything you did for us and cannot express our gratitude enough. True professionals with a genuinely caring nature.

We lost our Mum suddenly in December 2021 and made contact with Michelle just a few days later after finding the details for Quinn's online. I cannot thank Michelle enough for the help and support she has given our family over the last few weeks. Michelle helped us to navigate what is a very difficult and upsetting process and she explained everything to us kindly and compassionately. Michelle checked in with us regularly, gave advice, made helpful suggestions and assured us that Mum would receive the very best care. We were able to visit Mum in the lovely chapel of rest as often as we liked and on the day of the funeral we were looked after so well by Stuart and his team. I have no hesitation in recommending Michelle and the wonderful team at Quinns. Thank you so much and best wishes from the Henry family.

I have no hesitation in recommending Quinns in West Kirby on the basis of our recent experience following the loss of my mother. Michelle in the Quinns office was thoughtful and considerate while being extremely efficient in guiding us – myself, my father and my siblings – through the process. Arrangements for the funeral went smoothly and the celebrants recommended by Michelle, Sarah and Jamie, did a lovely job in conducting the service.

"My brothers and I, who live in Newcastle, Gloucestershire and Northumberland, have recently arranged a Service Of Thanksgiving for the life of our aunt who lived in West Kirby. Quinn's Funeral Services were recommended to us by our aunt's care home and we were delighted with the friendly, caring, professional and meticulous service that we received. After an initial meeting with Michelle when options and practical arrangements were discussed, further details were finalized long distance by telephone and email. It was helpful to us to deal with a long established family firm who had local knowledge and contacts in the West Kirby area. Michelle gave us calm and comprehensive guidance, with a welcome touch of humour, regarding the procedure to follow following our aunt's death and was most generous with her time and experience when discussing all aspects of the service. She introduced us to two suitable celebrants, Jamie Edwards and Sarah Townsend, whom we liked very much, and together we prepared a service that felt right for us, reflected our aunt's character and helped us to pay tribute to her. The day went very well, all the arrangements ran smoothly and we were free to concentrate on remembering our relative. We would certainly recommend Quinn's to other bereaved families as Michelle and her 'team' could not have done more to support and help us at a difficult time".Jane Ellis
