From start to finish we were treated with respect, care and compassion.They went above and beyond and made the worst experience a little easier for us.The care my dad got was beautiful, his funeral was perfect and for that I will always be grateful!My dads funeral was on the 23rd December 2014 which was so difficult with young children, and since then we have always been welcomed in to write a memory star for the christmas tree.I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you did.Family of Paul Chapman
