We used Pennine Kennedy Solicitors following a friend’s recommendation and I have to say we’re absolutely delighted with the process and the overall handling of all matters. Susannah has been nothing short of brilliant, her attention to detail, dedication and professionalism are outstanding. Couldn’t recommend her and the team highly enough. Many thanks!

I used Pennine Kennedy on recommendation from my estate agents, primarily as it’s good to have a great working relationship between conveyancers and estate agents. However my experience of working with Kathryn and Shah far exceeded my expectations. The process was almost seamless and I felt that they were in total control of everything and I didn’t need to worry, which turned out to be true. Everything happened with ease, and the whole process happened without hitch, and on time. Unlike other conveyancers I’ve used in the past I never felt I was being pressurised into anything. My last experience prior to this was with a firm who constantly tried to add cost, and get me to pay for unnecessary insurance policies. This didn’t happen with Pennine Kennedy, and the one potential issue was resolved by working through it sensibly rather than an expectation that I’d just pay out. This was a sale for probate, and the liaison between Pennine Kennedy and the probate solicitors also worked well. When I come to move from my existing home in a few years time I will certainly be using Pennine Kennedy again.

I cannot speak highly enough of Kathryn and Shah, who provided exceptional conveyancing services during my recent property purchase. From the very beginning, they were not only professional but also incredibly approachable, making me feel confident and supported throughout the entire process. Despite a third-party issue that caused a slight delay, they handled every challenge with remarkable speed and efficiency. What truly set them apart was how seamlessly they worked together and with other parties involved in the transaction. Their communication and coordination with the seller's team, solicitors, and various third parties were flawless, ensuring everything moved forward without unnecessary delays. They made sure I was kept informed every step of the way, always responding promptly to any questions I had and providing clear, helpful guidance. Thanks to their hard work, collaborative spirit, and expertise, what could have been a stressful experience turned into one of the quickest property transactions I’ve ever had—completed in just five weeks. Kathryn and Shah went above and beyond, and I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone in need of reliable, professional, and efficient conveyancers. They truly exceeded my expectations and made the whole process seamless.

I am extremely satisfied with the services provided by Pennine Kennedy Solicitors, especially by Adrian and Kathryn, who offered invaluable support during my recent property transaction. Both Adrian and Kathryn were highly professional and attentive throughout the entire process. Whether it was communicating with the estate agent or explaining the details of the contract, they handled everything with great patience and care, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. I would like to give special recognition to Adrian for his extraordinary effort. As English is not my first language, I struggled to understand some legal terms and documents. Adrian went above and beyond by patiently explaining everything to me in Cantonese, ensuring I fully understood every detail of the process and the contract terms. With such thoughtful and professional lawyers supporting me, this transaction became a smooth and pleasant experience. If I need legal services in the future, especially for property transactions, I will definitely choose Pennine Kennedy Solicitors again and wholeheartedly recommend them to my friends!
