Russ made the journey of losing our Mum unexpectedly so much easier. He made us feel like he had all the time in the world for us and nothing was too much. He answered our questions, say with us, laughed with us and showed true empathy. Richard Steel & Partners took great care of Mum and their staff are a credit to the company. They made losing her so much easier and accommodated every time we asked to see her. It was a tragic time for us and it was just handled so well that we had no worries at all.

Losing our father was incredibly difficult but from the very first phone call out of hours to Richard Steels & partners, we were offered a supportive, compassionate service. Daisy continued this gentle guidance, support, showing genuine compassion and professionalism at all times. Daisy and her team took care of every little detail with dignity and respect, ensuring that the day of the service ran perfectly. Their calm, reassuring presence gave our family great comfort and a lovely suggestion by Daisy to extend the final journey past places which hold family importance was greatly appreciated and something which we had not considered. Many of our guests commented on what a beautiful service it was. We are so grateful to have used Richard Steels and Partners and would not hesitate to recommend them.
