Organising Dad’s funeral is one of the most important things we will ever do. We wanted everything to be perfect, so that we properly honoured him and brought ourselves comfort from knowing that we did right by him. Michelle (Rochdale branch) helped us honour our Dad in the exact way we hoped for. We thank her for her professionalism, compassion, expertise, and patience. We could not have asked for a better guide as we celebrated Dad’s life and laid him to rest. We highly recommend Michelle as one of the most capable and genuine people you could hope to meet.

She guided me through the hardest time of my life with care, compassion and consideration and she is one of the most genuine people I have had the pleasure to meet. Thank you to all involved with the funeral of my mum in January 2018. Yvonne and the team made a very difficult process manageable at a very emotive time.The company gave us support and time to make difficult decisions. They made family who went to see my mum in chapel feel at ease.My mum looked like my mum in chapel - she was at peace with her possessions placed beside her.
