Zara was great from the beginning, she was kind, helpful and thoughtful. She also kept me updated on every step of the process. This was a great help for me and my family to get through the days up until my father was finally laid to rest. Thank you so much xx Regards Linda

From start to finish of Robert Nuttalls funeral service in Shaw dealing with our grans funeral we were made to feel that she was being loved & cared for as if she was part of their own family. Zara did an amazing job of looking after our gran & all of us on our grans day. Zara made sure that as a family we all knew where to be & What to expect from the service, our gran was buried at failsworth cementry at the age of 100years old but as we were the younger end of grans family to still be alive Zara helped us all get through the day. We could not of wished for a nicer send of for Dorothy wood & would just like to say a thank you to Zara & The team for helping us all have our last memories made special. Love Angela & Alan Hughes & all the family x

I just wanted to personally thank all the staff at Robert Nuttalls in Shaw, but particularly Yvonne, for all her kindness and professionalism at my brothers funeral recently.Nothing was too much trouble from organising the funeral, to arranging visits, through to the procession itself, and even the music for the service, everything we wanted, and it was perfect, thank you.I would strongly recommend Robert Nuttalls to anyone looking for guidance, compassion and very strong support throughout this whole process.

On behalf of all our family I would like to say a very big thank to Yvonne and her colleagues for arranging my mum’s funeral. It was a difficult time with all the restrictions in June but Yvonne made us feel so supported from day one. Nothing was too much trouble, she was kind, friendly and compassionate throughout making sure my mum’s wishes were carried out as best we could. From overseeing the funeral, immaculately dressed in her attire, which went very smoothly to recommending the flowers and Order of Service. Yvonne went the extra mile making sure every detail was covered from start to finish keeping in touch and answering any queries. A very professional and lovely lady I would have no hesitation in recommending Robert Nuttall thank you so much.
