When a death has occurred outside of usual office hours we offer a 24 hour service, and we are always at the end of the phone. We recognise that entrusting your loved one into the care of strangers is a huge thing to have to do. We assure you that we will care for them as though they were one of our own and we will guide you through the difficult days and weeks ahead.

I want to pass how thankful I am for the dedication, empathy, sensitivity shown to me and the family following losing my husband David. It is a skill to tune into what is being felt and what is needed. I have had so many comments about how well the funeral went, personal to David and us. We were left with positive memories of the difficult day and we thank Charmaine and everyone, especially the gentlemen attendants with their bright socks and ties to matsh David's request Rosemary Humphries

I have used Rosedale Funeral Home for both of my parents and my husband's funeral and I found the whole team friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble, I only had to phone and ask. They gave me all the relevant information for registration which I found extremely helpful and also access to a helpline for probate and estate management and the Tell Us Once Scheme.

We are so grateful to Rosedale for the kind and professional way they took care of arrangements for Dad’s funeral. From the kindness and gentleness of the staff who took Dad into their care; Christian’s thorough and thoughtful preparation of every detail and Richard’s comforting presence on the day of the service. The communication through the whole process was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Rosedale have a lovely and highly professional team and I would gladly recommend them.

Rosedale were very professional but also kind and compassionately from the first meeting. Every member of staff my brother and I met or spoke to were fantastic. The death of our Mother was a terribly difficult time but made much easier for us by their wonderful, personal support and service. Thank you to everyone there.

I’d like to send a big thank to you all for caring for my mum and helping with my mums funeral today 19/12/2023. You’ve been very courteous to all our family throughout. Although the weather was terrible today, your undertakers battled the rain and wet conditions to give my mum a wonderful send off. At no time did they look bothered by the terrible weather and they remained professional at all times. The car was spotless and undertakers looked very smart at all times! I highly recommend Rosedales and send a massive thank you to you and the team.
