When a death has occurred outside of usual office hours we offer a 24 hour service, and we are always at the end of the phone. We recognise that entrusting your loved one into the care of strangers is a huge thing to have to do. We assure you that we will care for them as though they were one of our own and we will guide you through the difficult days and weeks ahead.

I cannot fault Ali and Paul and their team. From the minute my brother spoke to Ali on the phone right through to collecting mums possessions, there has been compassion, care, phone calls checking on us, the day went without a hitch. Made a terrible day easier than we thought it would be.

When my Dad passed away in March 2022 we wanted to use an independent local firm so Rosedale was the perfect choice. The service and support we received from Rhys, Ali and the whole team was excellent. Ali guided us through the whole organisation of the service and helped us tailor certain aspects to make them mean more for Dad.
