I could not rate Rosedale highly enough. Incredibly warm, professional and dignified throughout the whole process. Of course it’s a tough situation to be in to need their services, but from Michelle’s warmth and comfort, Ben’s immaculate turnout (when he came to collect my Dad), Simon’s wonderful work preparing and presenting my Dad, Andrew’s smooth and considerate driving and Keith’s attention to detail to ensure the service goes as hoped. I’m sorry not to mention everyone but the team are absolutely outstanding and we are forever grateful we found them. Thank you so very much Rosedale - your service to my Dad and for my Mum and I, was exceptional. 🙏🙏❤️

We were looking for a local, family run funeral home for my mum. I have never arranged a funeral or knew what I needed to do and from the very first phone call with Amy I was put at ease and helped with everything. When me and my brothers went to Rosedale to make arrangements we met Emma who then took care of our mum all the way through. Emma is an exceptional lady. She did everything and beyond to make sure our mum had everything she wanted and what we wanted for her. She arranged her haircut, the perfect willow basket, the flowers and even came in on her day off to make sure the hair cut went OK. I have felt so calm and at peace throughout this difficult time. I can not thank Emma enough for everything she's done for my mum and family and the compassion she gave us all. Especially for my 10 year old daughter who Emma spoke to and helped answer her questions. She gave her a hug and reasurred her when we came to see her nanny. My daughter had made a bracelet and Emma wrote her a note to let her know she put it on her nanny which meant so much to her. Rosedale is an outstanding funeral home with the most amazing and dedicated staff, who put so much care into everything they do. Thank you so much.

When my Dad passed away in March 2022 we wanted to use an independent local firm so Rosedale was the perfect choice. The service and support we received from Rhys, Ali and the whole team was excellent. Ali guided us through the whole organisation of the service and helped us tailor certain aspects to make them mean more for Dad. On the day Rhys was a massive support to the family and made every aspect seamless and perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rosedale to anyone who needed their services.
