Rowland Brothers provided exceptional care and support during one of the most difficult times for our family. We lost our dad quite suddenly, even though he had been unwell for some time, and the whole process felt overwhelming at first. From the very beginning, Sarah, our funeral arranger, was incredible. She showed genuine compassion, patience, and professionalism throughout, guiding us through every step with such sensitivity and understanding. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and she made sure everything was handled exactly as we wished. We would also like to mention the celebrant Beaulieu, who was arranged through Rowland Brothers, who delivered such a beautiful and personal service. She took the time to truly understand our dad and captured his life so perfectly, which meant a great deal to all of us. Thanks to Sarah and everyone involved, the service was a truly fitting and meaningful farewell for our dad. We are so grateful for the care, dignity, and support shown throughout, which made an incredibly difficult time just that little bit easier to bear. Rowland Brothers recently carried out the funeral and arrangements for our lovely mum. They also did so for our dad 10 years ago. Everyone was so helpful and kind, There was always very good information and support . The arrangements were made easily and on the day the funeral went very well and exactly how we wanted it to. Help was there before and after and every query we had was dealt with helpfully and kindly. I can honestly really recommend them and would not hesitate to use their services again. My father believed in nothing but perfection, and his funeral was. He would have been so proud and by how much Heather the celebrant had to say about his life. The funeral was perfect and as beautiful. Carly (funeral director), John PR (conductor on the day), Heather (celebrant) and the rest of the guys on the day and team in the office were all amazing!

The staff at Roland Brothers treated my Dad with the utmost respect, care and dignity right from when he passed away, through to the funeral planning to the actual burial. The team were absolutely amazing, and in particular Chelsey and Carly who were so patient, understanding, knowledgeable and very supportive.
