What an excellent experience we have had from having Roy Quinton Funeral Directors. This is our first experience of using Roy Quinton funeral directors and it has been outstanding from start to finish. I would like to thank Lynne, for the service she has provided us from meeting with us at the start and the communication throughout with us as been excellent. Honestly could not recommend Roy Qunitons enough from the moment my grandad passed away they treated not only him with respect but also all the family too. Nothing was too much trouble for them and the lady that was dealing with us Leanne was an absolute God send and went above and beyond for us all. Thank you all for making a difficult time that little bit easier

Roy Quintons at Tettenhall were kind, patient, knowledgeable and very helpful. I highly recommend Quintons if you are looking for funeral directors. I have never had to arrange a funeral before and found the idea of it to be daunting. We choose Roy Quinton simply because they answered the phone (as many didn't!). They were interested in what we had to say, met every wish that we desired for the funeral, and were at the other end of the phone whenever we needed them. If I may, I would like to single out Pip, whose kindness, patience and empathy made the whole process so much easier for me (although everyone we spoke to was excellent).
