If you are reading this, then I am sorry for your loss.My husband had pancreatic cancer and we knew the time was short but we had not chosen a funeral director, that discussion was abit too final.I am writing this the day after the funeral to thank Ruby Funerals and would highly recommend them to guide you through this time of sadness. It was Natasha at Ruby’s that took my call at 6pm, after my husband died at home and when I called again at 7am the next day with many questions. Natasha guided us in making the funeral arrangements, clearly explaining the choices to be made. Natasha was there at the end too, handing me the beautiful bouquet from my late husband’s coffin after the funeral service. The gentlemen at Ruby’s were kind and thoughtful to my grieving sons, from when they came to the house to take my late husband into their care to guiding them in their role as coffin bearers at the funeral service. The advertisement says they are there ‘every step of the way’ and they really were.Thank you.

A massive, heartfelt thanks to all the staff at Ruby's but especially Laura and Natasha for their help with our Dads care. Yet again, a first class service from you guys. The care and consideration is second to none and nothing is ever too much trouble. Thank you from the bottom of my heart xx

Today I said farewell to my father with the help of Ruby funerals of Gosport who have made the whole experience so much easier for my family and meBusinesses often talk about the personal touch but Ruby funerals genuinely made us feel like family, nothing was too much effort and Ruth was so kind, sensitive and compassionate. Everything went according to plan and exactly how we wanted to the last detail. I owe Ruth and the team at Ruby funerals a debt which I can never repay because you cannot put a value on a service like that.Thankyou all so very much, bless you. Mark T.
