A truly caring family. I say family as they are all so lovely and caring, it doesn’t feel like a company is taking care of a loved one , it feels like a family are looking after you and your loved one. I felt at ease and every question I asked was answered. I didn’t realise there was so much to think about when organising a funeral but Shaun was able to help in every way. Every aspect of the arrangements was seamless and carried out with total care and respect for my mother. Everyone I interacted with from the initial meeting to arrange my mothers funeral to the actual funeral and then going to collect my mothers ashes were so kind and loving , I could not have asked for more at this time in my life .
