Penny was an absolute star from our first meeting right up to the end of my husbands funeral, the care and compassion she had for myself and family went above and beyond. Safe hands Funeral Service provided an exceptional and deeply personal service for both my mother's and my father's funerals. From start to finish, everything was handled with sensitivity, dignity and genuine care. Penny, in particular, made the whole process much easier - she was approachable, kind and nothing was ever too much trouble. Would highly reccomend.

From the very first call to Penny at Safe Hands Funeral Services, through to the day of the funeral, she turned what was an incredibly painful time into something truly special for our family. We had never arranged a funeral before and were faced with the sudden, unexpected loss of a loved one. Penny guided us gently through every step, meeting with me the same day and helping with all the decisions that needed to be made. She kept in regular contact by phone, text, and email, always available to answer questions and offer advice. Nothing was ever too much trouble. On the day, Penny came to our home and supported us as we followed the Land Rover hearse which was a perfect and personal touch for my brother-in-law, to the church and burial. It was exactly the kind of send-off we had hoped for. What makes Safe Hands so special is that it’s independent, personal, and never about sales or endless brochures. It was simple, dignified, and full of care, exactly what you need when saying goodbye to someone you love.
