He guided me through always giving me time which I very much appreciated. I also found him very respectful & he did things in a way I know my mum age 102 years would have appreciated. Michael was so caring and kind. He gave excellent advice and his attention to detail was to a very high standard. We felt very supported throughout the whole process.
