Hayley and Lisa made what is probably the most heartbreaking experience anyone can go through a smooth and seamless experience. Professional and supportive, true care for my mum whilst she was there which I shall never forget. John the funeral director is a true gentleman and helped all of us immensely at the funeral. I was kept up to date through the whole process and was grateful for experienced views to help with difficult decisions when my head was still trying to comprehend what had happened. For my Wife's Carol's funeral from start to finish the whole team Hayle, Millie and Donna at Shires were excellent. They helped me understand how much it would cost and once I spoke with Donna and Liz and we went though how the day would be it made it a bit easier.

Hayley and Donna helped us through this very difficult time with their exceptional service. They were professional, compassionate and very sweet. They made sure the funeral was perfect and although it was for a tiny baby they treated her with so much respect and care. They catered to all of our requests and went above and beyond to make it as easy and beautiful as it possibly could be. I am so thankful for everything they done for us and I’m sure anyone who chooses Shire’s funerals will be glad they did.

It is always sad when you lose a loved one and the journey to the undertakers is very sad as well. I can honestly say that Shires made myself and my wife very comfortable. They listened to what we wanted and advised accordingly. The order of service was second to non and the day went very smoothly. Thankyou Shires for making my mothers funeral so special.
