I recently had the experience of working with Serenity Funeral Service following the passing of my dad, and I can't express enough how grateful I am for their exceptional support during such a difficult time. From the moment we walked through the door, the team was warm, compassionate, and understanding. They guided us through every step of the process with patience and care, making a challenging situation feel more manageable. Their attention to detail and dedication to honoring my dad's life was truly remarkable. The atmosphere they created was both peaceful and comforting, allowing us to focus on our memories and celebrate his life. Every member of the team treated us like family, going above and beyond to ensure we felt supported and heard. I wholeheartedly recommend Serenity Funeral Service to anyone in need. They made an unforgettable impact during a time when we needed it most. You won’t be disappointed; their lovely team is nothing short of amazing. Thank you for everything you did for us! Selvia

We have used Shires for a couple of our family funerals and would definitely recommend their services. From beginning to end they were dignified and professional and treated all concerned with consideration and respect. All the arrangements were made with out any fuss or delay and they carried out all our wishes with out question. it really helped to feel confident that everything was taken care of.

Donna, Kate, and the team were very professional, dignified, and caring in what was a very vulnerable and distressing time after loosing dad. The attention to detail was excellent. Donna and Kate kept us informed at all times. On the day of the funeral everything was well organised, ran smoothly, making a very difficult day so much easier. The service was beautiful, neither mum or I could hoped for a better funeral to celebrate dad's life. Mum was so pleased with the personal touches before and after the funeral. Thank you Shires for delivering a first class service!

Shires were exceptionally professional, warm and compassionate and went beyond the call of duty when Richard and I were going through a very emotional time losing the loss of my dear sister and Richards fiancée. In particular Donna was very kind to us both and comforted us greatly, nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend this funeral director, they will look after you when you need it most. Thank you so much. Loraine Denison
