Loosing all family members suddenly over the past 3 years and during covid/lockdown.. Jean helped me arrange my Grandad’, Dad’ and Nan’ funerals making it as less stress free for me as possible and helping me with all arrangements. Jean is very caring and understanding and even makes you laugh and is always willing to listen to you even if it’s just a chat you need, Jean is so helpful and makes a devastating time a lot easier to deal with and remains professional at all times.
