Founded in 1946 by Mr. Nicholas, the company has grown over more than 70 years into a trusted and respected name in the local community, remaining fully independent and family-owned throughout.
The business was built on traditional values by founder 'Uncle Stan', and has been carried forward through generations of the Nicholas family. Anthony, who married into the family in 1967, took over the business and is recognised as one of the most well-respected Fellows of The British Institute of Embalmers. His son Edward continues the family legacy, upholding those same traditional values while embracing modern funeral options.
